Ark provides online Homebound Instruction to students who are referred to us by their school districts. No matter the reason for a prolonged absence from school, be it necessitated by a student's illness, physical or psychological disability or other administrative situations, Ark will work with your school to support the Homebound Instruction needs of your students.

Our goal is to maintain and improve the academic skills of each student. Ark provides a state-certified online instructor who works one on one with each student to provide the required hours of homebound instruction for students while they are out of school, and our technologically advanced curriculum is aligned with the Common Core State Standards.

Twilight Program

Stacks Image 1375
The Twilight Program is an individualized program and plan, for which Ark supplies the curriculum and online instructor. Students who are selected to be part of their school's Twilight programs usually work in a school classroom or computer lab, after normal classes have been dismissed. Students who would take part are working with their Guidance counselors. The counselor may feel that the student is either experiencing difficulty in making adequate progress toward graduation and/or experiencing social and/or emotional issues that result in concerns that have not been re-mediated with traditional intervention techniques, strategies and programs. The goal of our Twilight program is to implement an environment directed toward success, for students who find the traditional education program incompatible with their individual and educational needs. We will work with your school to provide your students with an alternative, positive school environment that supports their success and ultimately leads to high school graduation.

Please call us at 609-792-2125 to discuss our Twilight Program.

We offer you  and/or your students the opportunity to do a course for a full year's credit.  This is valuable for a student who may want to re-take a course to improve their grade, or to take a class that they do not have time to complete during their school schedule, but wish to pursue. There also  may be a subject that the student is interested in but their school does not offer it, and they can take it with us.
